    This Starbucks has really stepped up their game recently.

    First of all, their drive through is impressive. They've gotten it down to a science. While you might think that a drive through would have to be an impersonal experience, it is quite the contrary. They have a video screen where you can interact with the barista. The last time I was there, they even let me sample their new nitro cold brew from my car.

    They go out of their way to be helpful and maximize your experience. When I was in the store lobby today, I ordered my usual blonde roast and the barista asked me if I'd tried any of the others. He encouraged me to sample them all. I actually ended up liking the dark roast more!

    This is a wonderful Fairfax City staple. The best Starbucks in the city.

    I only came in for gift cards, but there was a good selection and the girl that helped me was really nice. For a Saturday afternoon, the drive through line was long but no one was in line when I came inside. Overall good, quick visit.

    Whatever B squad you got working on Sunday mornings is ridiculous. Extended a wait time in drive-through for the wrong order can be incredibly frustrating.

    I love Starbucks, but this place not so much.
    All I wanted was a guava white tea lemonade. Instead I got white tea and lemonade...where's the guava?
    I told them it doesn't look right so they kindly remade it.
    Still wasn't right though... I recently got it couple days ago at another location, and It definitely doesn't taste like it. It's not even peachy-pinkish. I know damn well I ain't color blind. I even showed the employee the picture on the Starbucks app. All he had to say to that was .."sorry it's not Instagram perfect."

    *UPDATE*
    I went to another Starbucks...& got exactly what a guava wt lemonade taste like lol I know I wasn't crazy ....

    Every time i have visited this Starbucks location the staff have been so nice and friendly!
